Retirement Dinner

The Aroostook Episcopal Cluster held a retirement dinner for Fr Kevin Kinsey on October 18, 2025 at the Monticello Fish & Game Club. Parishioners of all three churches enjoyed a catered meal of turkey and all the fixings. A combined choir, which Fr Kevin dubbed the “Aroostook Episcopal Choir” performed “As the Deer Longs”, and speeches of gratitude were made by several parishioners and Fr Kevin. Ginny White roasted Fr Kevin and presented him with a planner – that he never needs to fill out. The Cluster surprised him with a leather motorcycle jacket with the seal of the Episcopal Diocese of Maine embroidered on the back. He will be the envy of the diocese when he’s out on the road! Fr Kevin encouraged everyone to continue to come together as a cluster to pray and sing and eat and have fellowship with each other as we move beyond his years of ministry. Pam Kinsey was presented with a beautiful flower arrangement and thanked for the many ways that she supported Fr Kevin and contributed her own talents to the churches and communities in the cluster. It was an evening that was enjoyed by all!
